Walking, because I can
Story
Dear friends and family,
Sooooooooo as many of you know I lost my little bro when he was 26 to a rancid cancer named Melanoma. I miss him on his birthday, on my birthday, at Christmas, Easter and pretty much almost every day SO if there was a cure no one would have to miss anyone, anymore.
In March I am walking about 20 something km from Broadwater to Burleigh Heads with a pretty inspirational man who not only survived Melanoma....but he has devoted his days to supporting those who are suffering. In the other half of his day he raises awareness on the how, what, where and when of Melanoma, in the hope one day there will be a cure.
Melanoma is the MOST COMMON cancer diagnosed for those UNDER 35.
I have a set a 1k goal and I need your help with a donation, big or small. Size does not matter here either. Even $20 would make a difference AND make you smile as you have given to a good cause :) Donations are sent directly to Melanoma Institute Australia.
If you are willing to drop a 99 bucks, I am willing to wear anything you choose for 5km.
Please dig deep for this great cause and help change the future of thousands of Australians diagnosed with melanoma each year.
Click 'Donate Now' to make a secure online donation. READ THIS: All donations over $2 are tax deductible and you will be issued with a receipt via email as soon as you make a donation.
Thank you so much for your support!
Boland
